 December 1, 2006 I have recently had the privilege of attending an Excel class taught by Ms. Reed. She is an exceptional instructor with a solid grasp of the Excel program. Her classes were designed to accommodate a large variation in student ability and provide tips for improving efficiency in any job. Lou Ann was able to highlight processes I didn't even know existed. Her suggestions significantly reduced the time I was taking to process the statistics of ER patients. In addition, Lou Ann remained very flexible in accommodating my attendance when the ER called me out of class. She is truly an asset to our organization.
